Appointments

Payment, Rebates & Cancellations (Individual Services)

All fees for service are paid in advance or concluded at the end of each session.

Payment is by cash, bank transfer or cheque as we do not have credit card facilities.

Clients with Private Ancillary Health Insurance can claim a rebate for our services.

We reserve the right to pass on the cost of cancelled appointments. Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment time will incur cancellation costs.

Douro Place is a one-way street away from Wellington St. It is the middle of three streets off Prowse St.

All adjacent streets (Prowse, Laurence & Lucknow) are also one way. When you leave Douro Pl, you drive down Douro, left onto Prowse, left onto Lucknow to get back on to Wellington St.

Parking

**Clients can park under the building if there are two or more spaces available. Please take care parking here, as the bays are narrow.

Street parking is readily available at $2 per hour using coins.

Transport

From the City - drive up Wellington St from the city. Drive past Harbour Town, then cross the Sutherland and Colin St traffic lights. Turn second on the right after the Colin St lights.
From Mitchell Freeway (North) - exit at the James & Wellington St exits. Continue to Wellington St. Turn Right onto Wellington St, then cross the Sutherland and Colin St traffic lights. Turn second on the right after the Colin St lights.
From the Mitchell Freeway (South) - exit at Hay St and keep going straight ahead onto George St. Go through to Wellington St and turn left. Then cross the Sutherland and Colin St traffic lights. Turn second on the right after the Colin St lights.
From Graham Farmer Freeway - exit at West Perth. Turn left onto Loftus/Thomas St, left onto Wellington St and then second left.

CAT Buses

Yellow CAT: Disembark at Bus Stop 18 at Colin St B, cross Wellington St, walk up two blocks to Douro Pl.

Red CAT: Disembark at Bus Stop 23 at West Perth. It is about a five minute walk down Outram St to Douro Pl.
